TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The GWD will not be held liable for any loss or damage to property or injury due to negligence from arrival date on Campus in Pretoria for the duration of the Course. Payment will be due on receipt of the invoice. Payment can be made by direct bank deposit or electronic transfer. No cash or credit cards can be accepted. To identify your payment, please indicate your name and/or organisation on the deposit/ electronic payment and fax/email proof of payment to the GWD. No delegate will be allowed to attend the Course unless payment has been made in full. If a delegate fails to attend he/she/their organisation will still be liable for payment of the full Course fee. Note that a substitution or nominated person from the same organisation can attend on behalf of the original registered delegate, if so requested by email. Cancellations can be accepted up to one week (5 working days) prior to the Course, in which case delegate fees will be refunded. All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing, and will be subject to a 15% administration fee. Unfortunately, no refunds or credit can be made for late cancellations or no-shows.
